The Feast of the Senses is North Queensland’s premier Tropical Food Experience and the Cassowary Coast’s major festival centred around the town of Innisfail, an hour’s drive south of Cairns. Adventure Racing at its best (and hardest!)
Held over two days in the stunning surrounds of Mission Beach on the Cassowary Coast, the Red Bull Defiance is a world-class adventure race featuring multiple stages and challenges covering 150 km of amazing terrain. Rafting, biking, running, ropes challenge, kayaking and mystery activities will take participants through awe-inspiring scenery while challenging athletes both mentally and physically.

Paddle, run and bike your way through Mission Beach and Dunk Island on this exciting multi-sport event. Ocean paddle in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, ride through the Wet Tropics World Heritage Rainforest and run along Mission Beach and Mt Kootaloo on Dunk island. Compete as an individual or grab your mates to enter the mixed, women’s or men’s team categories.
