Join us for the Replenish Day Retreat hosted by Kellie & Louise on Sunday, November 5th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM!
Take a break before the festive madness kicks in and treat yourself to a day of rejuvenation for your mind, body, and soul. This day is all about sharing, creating, healing, and connecting with our hearts and our deepest selves.
Activities include:– Kundalini Yoga
– Yin Yoga
– Breathwork
– Cacao Ceremony
– Sound healing
– Gemstone creation
– Nature immersion
We’ll also provide a delicious vegan lunch and there will be an opportunity to utilise the resort pool for a cool down during our lunch break.
